Meet The Team
I am passionate about supporting seniors to live their best life physically and mentally. As I age more and, more I understand the need to have a strong body and mind; becoming a Fitness and Mindset Coach allows me to assist others to do the same.
My purpose in life is to empower people to achieve what they think is impossible or too late regarding their physical and mental health. This work energies me and brings me a sense of peace, knowing that I am making a difference in my community.

Sharon believes, ‘If exercise could be purchased in a pill, it would be the single most widely prescribed and beneficial medicine in the nation’
She creates and leads fitness programs for people who weren’t born yesterday. Sharon is always in motion in various sports, as an avid cyclists and skier. Join her to write your own exercise prescription for a healthy and happy life.
Being over 65, work is more about the personal satisfaction of helping the community. The work is not about ME, but about US. If we can prevent one death, one fracture, one bad fall, one traumatic brain injury, then that is everything. We can look at the barriers and come up with solutions based on logic and good sense. Is the end good for the community? In earlier work years, that was not the question, but now, it should be the only question. We can recognize our place in the larger scheme of things

Our Clients Say
I finally feel like I just about have my life back! Even when gyms open up, I will continue with these classes, as long as they are offered. Thank you SO much!
These classes make me feel stronger, and I feel very good afterward. It's also good to follow directions.
My husband and I motivate each other in doing the exercises. We also walk at least 3X a week. Our energy level is up.
I have told everyone I know about these classes, and also people I don't know, like people in a grocery line who are in my age group and we start talking. These classes have made a HUGE difference to my emotional and physical well-being, and I really like being able to do this from my home.
It is SO convenient. I also REALLY like that the instructors are in my age bracket and know much better how to guide and make modification suggestions for older body parts with issues. I absolutely LOVE, LOVE, LOVE these classes and the instructors.
The classes I take are making a huge difference in my life. I am shaping up for spring, feeling more present and confident in my body, and I get stronger and centered with each class. I am extremely grateful to Villages of Santa Fe and the funding of AARP to make the classes possible
