We have combined Judith's Friday classes into one flexible offering:

Friday, 10:00 AMYoga for All Levels — Literally! with JudithThe choice is yours: chair yoga, standing yoga, or continue with optional floor work during the final 15 minutes.

Monday AARP Classes Continue

Our Monday AARP classes remain an important part of our schedule.


Did you know that only the Monday classes are sponsored by AARP?

That's just 52 classes out of more than 700 classes offered each year. All other classes are made possible through Villages and the support of members and donors.

More than 54% of participants rely on free classes in order to participate.
